Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policy – Udderly Clean Seats

1. Service Terms
We provide professional cleaning of baby car seats, strollers, and related gear using non-toxic, baby-safe products.
Cleaning includes light disassembly, deep sanitation, and reassembly of removable fabric components only, strictly in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
We do NOT provide:

• Mechanical repairs or part replacements

• Installation or reinstallation of car seats

• Inspection for safety, damage, recall, or expiration

• Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) services or certifications

By using our service, you confirm your car seat and gear:

• Are not expired or recalled

• Have no visible damage (cracks, frayed straps, broken buckles, etc.)

• Will be reinstalled and inspected by you prior to use, following manufacturer guidelines

2. Pickup & Delivery
Free pickup and delivery in: Hemet, San Jacinto, Menifee, Murrieta, and most of Temecula.
Extended areas ($10 fee on orders under $60): Lake Elsinore, Moreno Valley, Beaumont, Banning, Woodcrest, Arcilla, El Cerrito.
Missed appointments without 2+ hour notice are subject to a $10 rescheduling fee.

3. Turnaround & Express Services
Standard service: 12-hour turnaround from pickup to delivery.
Super Express service (8–12 hours): +20% rush fee (must be approved at booking).

4. Payment Policy
Payment is required before delivery. Items may be held until payment is received.
We accept major credit cards only unless an alternative is arranged by phone.

5. Liability Waiver & Legal Disclaimer

5.1 Service Limitations

• We do not disassemble, reinstall, or adjust any safety-critical components such as harness systems, LATCH connectors, or base attachments.

• Cleaning may not fully remove some stains, odors, or biohazards due to material or age limitations.

• We may refuse service for gear deemed unsafe (e.g., excessive damage, mold, pest infestation, bodily fluids).

5.2 Customer Responsibilities

• You must disclose any known damage or contamination before service.

• You are solely responsible for reinstallation and final inspection of your car seat or stroller after cleaning.

• You must inspect the straps, buckles, and frame of your item before reuse and verify safe function.

5.3 Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you agree to release and hold harmless Udderly Clean Seats, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of or connected to:

• The cleaning, handling, storage, or transportation of your child gear

• Pre-existing damage or wear to the gear

• Improper reassembly, reinstallation, or usage of any gear after it has been returned

• Any injury or harm to a child or third party using gear that has been cleaned by our service

By booking our service, you accept full and sole responsibility for ensuring that all car seats and baby gear are installed, inspected, and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s safety instructions after cleaning is complete.

6. Mandatory Acknowledgement
By booking service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
"I understand that Udderly Clean Seats does NOT install, inspect, or certify car seat safety. I take full responsibility for the proper reinstallation and use of all items after cleaning. I agree that Udderly Clean Seats shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage related to the post-service use of my gear."

7. Media & Photos
We may take before/after photos of items for quality control or marketing purposes. We will never use identifying information, names, or recognizable details (such as embroidered labels or license plates) without your express permission.

8. Privacy Policy
Data Collected:

• Name, email, phone number, address, and order details

• Device and IP information used during online booking

How We Use Your Data:

• To manage orders and provide customer service

• To analyze business operations and prevent fraud

Your Rights:

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data

• You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time

Security:

• All personal data is encrypted and stored securely

• Your information is never shared or sold to third parties
